We are committed to providing you with the best possible care, and we are pleased to discuss professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our Financial Policy is important to our professional relationship. Please ask if you have any questions about our fees, Financial Policy, or your responsibility.

Our fees are based on the overhead involved in our practice, and the expertise in which care is delivered. We do not believe it is in your best interests for us to compromise our recommended treatment in order to accommodate any insurance program’s maximum benefits that may be considerably less than optional. However, we are more than happy to discuss a treatment plan’s advantages and disadvantages with you, thereby involving you personally, rather than your insurance company, in the decision-making process.

• If you have insurance, an initial payment is due at the time of service.
• If you are uninsured, full payment is due at the time of service. We offer a 5% cash discount for full payment by check or cash.
• We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
• We offer an additional 5% discount to our patients over the age of 65, for a total of 10%.
• AETNA PPO
• Financing is available through Care Credit. This is an independent company that extends flexible payment plans to our patients, many interst free options as well. Ask our Patient Coordinator for an application when you come into to the office.
